Trevor has been in the local Western Wisconsin construction field for over 30 years. Prior to opening IFS+, Trevor owned and operated Comfort Plus Insulation for 14 years , specializing in spray foam insulation.

Tim Rippie
Owner/Spray Foam Insulation
I’ve been in the insulation industry and spray foam for over 22 years. I have dealt with all aspects from the building envelope, hvac systems, mechanical insulation, to specifying the correct product for specialty jobs. I also have experience with roof foam, poured foam, lifting foam, specialty coatings, including air barriers, waterproofing, and polyurea. Over the years I have witnessed several companies prosper and fail. I am a good resource if you are looking to grow your business. Feel free to contact me anytime if you have a question. Bill Gorilla
Spray Foam Sales
Bill Gorrilla has worked for more than 50 years in the Complex Urethane Industry and intimately understand all facets of this business. From the chemistry of foam products and how they interact, to the equipment and all its intricate parts, to designing a foam rig, to the setting up and running of a successful business; he is the expert you want to guide you. Bill builds relationships and listens carefully to contractors goals as he guides them in creating a robust business or problem solving day to day field issues with both foam and equipment. He never gives up until a solution is found.

Jeff Sather
Warehouse Manager
Jeff recently retired after 25 years in law enforcement as a Sergeant at the River Falls Police Department. Through his dedicated service for the local community he acquired many essential customer service and efficiency skills that ensures that the warehouse consistently runs smoothly.
